❝ ... 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤... ❞

*𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫'𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐯*

The morning rays gently danced upon the two sleeping figures. The leaves rustling softly against each other due to the gentle morning breeze made a small light show. The sky was barely covered with clouds as a pair of birds could be seen flying by each other filling the air with their beautiful melody.

On top of the soft petals of the large white Anemone groaned the (H/C)-haired female. Rubbing her eyes she squinted towards the sky and sighed. Peering over at King she still saw him sleeping soundly near her chest making (Y/N) smile softly at him. 

Unwrapping her wings that were around the ginger-haired male (Y/N) quietly got up and stretched her legs as popping sounds were heard. Sighing, (Y/N) ran her finger through her hair to untangle them as to not wanting to appear messy, especially when today was going to be a bit of an adventure.

Looking over at King (Y/N) decided to wake him up but decided not to, he seemed too peaceful to wake up. Picking him up instead (Y/N) turned around but came face-to-face with a group of about six fairies all looking curiously at the much taller female.

Tilting her head to the side (Y/N) made sure that King was securely in her arms and paid her attention back to the curious six. 

"May I help you all?" (Y/N) questioned them, though they did not answer and instead just stood there awestruck. They seemed to be much younger than the others that she and King encountered yesterday night. 

"All of you, step aside!" A demanding voice commanded making the six all step aside a good foot away from them. Looking back up at the newcomer (Y/N) saw two faires with armor with a spear in their hands. "Please, come with us, Great Advisor Gerheade wishes to see you both." The soldier announced making (Y/N) eyes slightly widen. 

"That girl is still alive?" (Y/N) whispered in surprise. Looking down at the now awake King she put him gently down on the floor and began to slowly walk away. "On second thought, I think everything has already gone wrong. Bye King-!" Before she could step even further behind an excited scream could be heard ripping throughout the air making everyone cover their ears. 

"(Y/N)! Oh my god, (Y/N)! I missed you so much!" A high-pitched scream could be heard as Gerheade wrapped her arms around (Y/N) waist tightly behind her back. Freezing up instantly (Y/N) slowly turned around towards Gerheade and gave her a shaky smile.

"Gerheade... nice to meet you!" (Y/N) weakly replied as sweat was now forming on her forehead. Gerheade pouted cutely at her, "(Y/N)! Why do you sound so unsure! Aren't you happy to see me back after so long?" Gerheade complained, furrowing her eyebrows in anger.

'Cause' I am unsure, Gerheade...' (Y/N) thought, though thankfully someone interrupted their one-sided moment. "(Y/N), do you know her?" Turning back around (Y/N) shakily smiled at the confused King. "Know her? Me and (Y/N) are dating!" Gerheade proudly announced making (Y/N) feel shy while King was frozen solid.

"Dating!" King yelled out and collapsed, now unconscious. (Y/N) and the others looked down at King's knocked-out body in the ground. "So... can you let go of me now?"

*𝙵𝚕𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚋𝚊𝚌𝚔...*

"(Y/N), it's been a while." Looking up at the flower crown that the tired female was gifted (Y/N) tiredly smiled at him. "I can say the same, Gloxinia. Gerheade is not with you today, is she?" (Y/N) nervously asked, looking around paranoid. 

Gloxinia smiled down at her and laughed making (Y/N) frown. "I see you are still scared of Gerheade." Gloxinia teased her. (Y/N) huffed, "You didn't answer my question, girly wings." Gloxinia gasped dramatically as an arrow pierced his heart.

"For the last time, (Y/N)! These are not girly wings! They're just wings!" Gloxinia exclaimed, though saw that none of his words were even listened to. Sighing, Gloxinia sat down next to her, picking up a few petals from a flower. 

"To answer your question, she is not with me. I was able to lose her in my way here." Gloxinia stated and leaned on (Y/N) making her slightly glare at him. Nodding her head proudly at him (Y/N) smiled, "Good, that girl never leaves me alone." (Y/N) said exasperated. 

Gloxinia nodded and began to make small flower rings for the both of them as (Y/N) began to rant about the number of times Gerheade tried to put them in a relationship.

"Then she arrived in the meadow naked, naked I tell you!" (Y/N) exclaimed, though stopped her complaining when she felt something slid in her middle finger. Looking down at her right hand she saw Gloxinia holding onto it as a flower ring was now there.

"To show our close friendship, and maybe one day that flower ring will be in the ring finger." Gloxinia proclaimed, but his last statement meant nothing to (Y/N) as she laughed. "One day, Gloxinia, one day." (Y/N) decided to play along thinking this was a game. So when she saw him brighten up (Y/N) froze a bit, but thankfully, or not, the moment was ruined by Gerheade.

"(Y/N)! King Gloxinia! There you both are, I thought I would never find you guys!" Gerheade yelled out to them as she flew closer and closer.

(Y/N) slightly shrunk as a sad expression overcame her features. "May karma find favor in us." (Y/N) whispered to Gloxinia and he nodded. Gerheade finally arrived, her smile and full attention being directed towards only (Y/N).

"(Y/N) boo, there you are! Do you know how worried I was?! I thought you were hurt- or worse! Dead!" Gerheade grasped her shoulders, her eyes showing the highest possible levels of worry. (Y/N) leaned over towards Gloxinia as Gerheade was busy ranting about how worried she was and about how much she needed a kiss and whispered to him, "I'm already dead."

Gloxinia nodded at her, his eyes becoming a bit clouded as he saw Gerheades hand grasping (Y/N) shoulders. 

"Gerheade, release her, now." Gloxinia demanded making Gerheade slightly jump and reluctantly pulling away from the thankful female making her sad. Looking down at the ground with sorrow Gerheades eyes widened as she saw a flower ring on the ground and picked it up, slipping it on her ring finger. 

Looking over at (Y/N) hand she also saw her wearing the same ring... did (Y/N) do this on purpose? Instantly brightening up Gerheade ran up towards (Y/N) and engulfed her in a hug as Gerheade began to constantly say thank you.

Both Gloxinia and (Y/N) looked down at the flushed female with confusion. "Um, Gerheade? What are you doing?" Gloxinia quietly asked the smiling female, though she ignored him and looked up at (Y/N).

"I will be your girlfriend! Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you!" Gerheade squealed and pecked (Y/N) on the cheek before flying away towards her room mumbling about how she was going to give her a present and of how she was going to have to change up her appearance for her.

(Y/N) and Gloxinia stared at each other with confusion. No one moving.

*𝙵𝚕𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚋𝚊𝚌𝚔 𝚎𝚗𝚍𝚜...*

"Wow, that sucks." King commented while sipping on some orange juice. (Y/N) nodded in agreement and sighed, falling on King's legs and dramatically draped her hand on top of her forehead. 

"I know right? That's why we must leave as soon as possible! That girl is crazy!" (Y/N) stated, her face already starting to show tiredness. King sighed and smiled down at the exhausted girl. "We will, I don't want someone to be touching you when you don't want to, that's just plain rude." King agreed with her making (Y/N) get up and hugged him.

Pulling away from the hug (Y/N) laid back down at the bed and stretched finding the bed more than comforting. 

"I know I said to leave as soon as possible, but for now let's just take a quick food break and hit the road after, okay?" (Y/N) asked him on which King nodded and laid down next to her. "Raid the kitchen?" King whispered to her. "Raid the kitchen." (Y/N) confirmed, and the two were now up and out into the hallway.

Glancing around the decorative hallway of the castle (Y/N) yawned. "Everything still looks the same, what about you King?" (Y/N) asked him, looking over at King in question. King began to look around the castle and shrugged. "Everything still looks the same." King answered her making (Y/N) let out a huff.

"Then I suppose those jester pictures at the end of the hallway near late Fairy King Gloxinia room is still there. One day I'm going to destroy those things, always gave me the creeps." (Y/N) shuddered as King laughed. "Sure, sure, I'll make sure of that." King played along. 

Looking up at the familiar double doors (Y/N) smiled and looked over at King. "Bingo." (Y/N) looked back at the double doors and slightly opened them to peek in. Once finding it safe to go in (Y/N) went inside first and signaled King to go after. 

Once both of them were inside the abanded kitchen (Y/N) began to look around for some food and found nothing. "Weird..." (Y/N) whispered to herself and narrowed her eyebrows. "Hey, King, found anything yet?" (Y/N) looked over at him. King shook his head and sighed disappointedly. "Nothing, you?" King questioned her making (Y/N) sulk. "Same here." 

Both of them began to look even deeper and still found nothing. Going over to sit on the wooden stool King joined in as both of them leaned towards each other. 

"This... is weird." (Y/N) commented and King nodded. "Yeah, very weird. For as long as I can remember this kitchen was filled to the brim with food, but where did it go?" King whispered to himself. Finally, (Y/N) got it. 

"Wait, King, do you think Gerheade saw this coming and decided to hide the food from us?" (Y/N) asked him. Though before King could answer a voice from the opened door answered for him. "Correct, my lovely girlfriend!" Both (Y/N) and King swirled their heads around and groaned at the sight of Gerheade and a few other chiefs.

"Gerheade, what the hell?" (Y/N) snarled at her, though energy was never her forte. Gerheade chuckled and walked over towards her, sitting on the seat next to her while giving King a small glare.

"Simple, I just want to do all means possible to keep you here. Oh, and I suppose Fairy King Harlequin as well." Gerheade stated and picked up a strawberry that a chief handed her and moved it close to (Y/N) mouth. Before (Y/N) could react King slapped it away from her and punched Gerheade. 

Grasping onto (Y/N) hand tightly King ran out of the kitchen and into the hallway heading towards the exit. "Come on, (Y/N)! It's either we fight our way out of here or run out of here, and I want the one which depends on less energy!" King exclaimed as he ran down the stairs with (Y/N) in tow.

(Y/N) smiled down at him, "Good thinking, King! Peace was never an option!" (Y/N) proclaimed and raised her fist. Finally arriving at the front gates King stopped running and bent down, hands on his knees while trying to recatch his breath.

(Y/N) snickered and kneeled away from him. "Get on, King, it will be easier." (Y/N) demanded as King nodded and got on top of her, now in a piggyback position. Opening up her white wings (Y/N) looked up and flapped her wings once, and that's all they needed to be in the air and flying away from the Fairy Kings forest, shouting in the distance.
